Noguchi Garden
📍 United States
The Noguchi Garden is a remarkable example of modernist landscaping, located near the Harvard University campus in Costa Mesa, United States. Designed by the landscape architect Isamu Noguchi, the garden features an abundance of botanical art, such as a sand and boulder gabion, a long wall, and a sundial similar to Stonehenge. The garden also contains an outdoor meditation area, a work of art itself, with a spectacular view of the ocean. Noguchi Garden also includes a secluded pond, full of frogs that you can watch as they swim. Visitors to the garden will occasionally spot different species of birds, such as pheasant, whooper swans, and bald eagles. The perfect place to experience the beauty of nature and take some time to appreciate life in all its forms.
