Nicchia Via della Piaggia is a beautiful small alley in the medieval Tuscan village of San Quirico d'Orcia. It is located between two of the most famous churches of the village, which makes it a popular stop for photographers. This alley's winding arc-shaped course makes it a unique and interesting spot. Its walls, once framing the original entrance to the village, are now covered with full-grown ivy, creating a fascinating visual effect. On the right side of the alley, there is a house that still features its classic structure and a faded fresco, illustrating the life in this part of Tuscany hundreds of years ago.
