Nibelungenbrücke, meaning ‘Bridge of the Nibelungs’ in Lampertheim, Germany is a pedestrian bridge connecting the two parts of the town. It stands 17 metres above the water level and is 144 metres long, spanning the River Saal. This bridge, opened in 1986, was designed to be very functional while allowing the town to remain connected. The simplicity of its white, arched structure will take your breath away. The bridge and its surroundings are perfect for taking beautiful landscape photos and walking around the river on a sunny day.
