
New Moon Beach, near Zhubei City in Taiwan, is a great beach to explore and relax. The white sands stretch out in an impressive 1.3 kilometres and are bordered by cobalt blue waters and a rocky shoreline. To the north of the beach, you'll find Biyun Temple, plus a delicious snack shop. To the south is a tea plantation, complete with a tea shop. The beach provides an array of activities to enjoy, including volleyball, beachcombing, sunbathing and swimming. As you look out to sea you'll also see some lovely uninhabited islands. For an added bonus, you'll often see pink flamingoes situated amongst the rocks at the beach. Whether you want to relax, eat or simply take in the ocean views, New Moon Beach is a great spot for any traveller.
