📍 Canada
Muttart Conservatory is a must-visit for nature lovers and photographers in Edmonton, Canada. This botanical garden features four iconic pyramids, each representing a different biome – arid, temperate, tropical, and a show pyramid that changes throughout the year. The conservatory also has an outdoor garden with rotating displays and a gift shop. It's a great spot for macro photography, capturing vibrant flowers, succulents, and cacti up close. The best time to visit is during the early morning or late afternoon for the soft golden light. A photographer's tip: use a polarizing filter to reduce glare and enhance colors. Keep in mind that tripods are not allowed inside the pyramids, but are permitted in the outdoor gardens. Be sure to visit during the changing of the show pyramid for unique photo opportunities. And don't miss the chance to capture the stunning sunset behind the pyramids. Entry fee is $12.50 for adults, and $9 for youth and seniors. The conservatory is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, except on Christmas and New Year's Day. Plan your visit accordingly and enjoy this botanical wonderland with your camera in hand.
