The Museum of Bourgeois Art in Wrocław, Poland is located in two historic houses, with baroque façades and a courtyard garden, from the 16th and 18th century. It displays art from the 17th to 19th century, belonging to the bourgeois and merchant families of Silesian region. A visit to the museum allows you to explore Polish history and the life and culture of the aristocracy in the region. It features furniture, wall-paintings, works of art, porcelain, ceramics, jewelry and other objects from the old museums in the city. It also displays many works from famous Polish painters, such as Boznański, Styka, Moes, Wojtiuk, as well as contemporary works by leading Polish artists. The museum offers guided tours and educational programmes. Additional attractions include a café and a museum shop.
