The Musée Océanographique in Monaco is one of the most fascinating aquariums in the world. Founded in 1910 by Prince Albert I, the aquarium features an incredible collection of over 6500 fish from the Mediterranean and over 4500 invertebrates from around the world. The museum also features countless exhibits and aquariums with unique species including the exotic Nudibranchs and the majestic Manta Rays. Visitors can get close up and personal with the marine life by entering the unique ‘Sea Tunnel’, which takes you along the incredible marine environment. There are also plenty of things to do for the whole family with lectures, films and experiments to take part in. Make sure to check out the museum's Monterey Bay exhibit with its spectacularly realistic ocean environment!
