Muralla de Jairán is an ancient wall in the city of Almería, Spain. It was built between the 13th and 16th centuries and is over 500 meters long. The wall was erected during the Almohad era in order to protect Almería from its enemies. It was also used to control trade with the port.

The wall is part of the Muñoz Sola Museum, which is itself located within the grounds of the Almería castle. The museum houses artifacts dating back to the Neolithic era and Islamic period and also has a restaurant and a botanical garden. Today, the Muralla de Jairán stands as a symbol and reminder of times past, and visitors can marvel at the architecture and learn about the history of Almería through the museum. Photographers will find fascinating angles to capture and will be able to experience the vibrant atmosphere of traditional Andalusian culture.
