Muntgebouw Utrecht is an iconic building situated in the heart of Utrecht's city center. The building dates back to the 1930's and has served many different purposes over the years. It was built as a publishing house, then converted into a bank and eventually into an auction room. Today it is a beautifully restored office tower with a rooftop terrace. It houses a variety of shops and offices, as well as a restaurant and cafe on the first two floors. The rooftop terrace provides fantastic views of the city. Visitors can also explore the building's stone stairwell, its basement and its unique decorated lobes. Muntgebouw Utrecht is a great place to visit and explore, and an excellent way to gain insights into the historical architecture of Utrecht.
