📍 Netherlands
Moreelsebrug is a bridge connecting two sides of the city of Utrecht. It spans the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal and is named after Jan Moreelse, a famous Dutch painter and architect of the 17th century. The bridge is situated in the centre of Utrecht and is one of the busiest in the city. It has four lanes of traffic, two bicycles lanes and a wide pedestrian walkway. Many locals choose to stop here to get a great view of the area and to enjoy the profound tranquility of the canal. The brick-red arches, white façade and intricate details of the bridge make it a popular spot for photographers, who flock to the bridge for its unique design.
