Mooney Falls

Mooney Falls is a breathtakingly beautiful waterfall located in the Havasupai Indian Reservation in Arizona, USA. It is one of the most stunning features of the Grand Canyon, created over thousands of years of erosion. Mooney Falls is nearly 200 feet high and can be reached via a steep but well-built trail which begins at the campground of the same name. The trail is equipped with handrails, aluminium ladders and chains, but even then it is considered difficult and should not be attempted by anyone who is physically weak or ailing. Spectacular views of Mooney Falls can be enjoyed from the top of the trail as well as the bottom, while a misty spray of the falls can be experienced from the middle of the falls. It is a popular spot for photography and a sight to behold.
