This 1,932 ft (589 meters) tall limestone mountain, also known as Mount Parapetto, offers some of the most breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. To reach the summit, visitors can take a chair-lift or hike the winding paths. From the top, visitors can experience breathtaking views of the whole island, the Faraglioni sea stacks to the south, the Sorrento peninsula to the west, and iconic Naples and Mt. Vesuvius in the distance. Along the paths to the top, visitors may spot rare flower species, olive groves, citrus trees, and other local vegetation. At the top stands the Church of Santa Maria a Cetrella and a statue of the Queen of Capri.
