The Manistique East Breakwater Lighthouse is a lighthouse located in Manistique, Michigan, United States. Built around 1912, the lighthouse stands 44ft tall and has an octagonal shape. This lighthouse served the mariners of Lake Michigan's Green Bay and later helped guide ships through Whitefish Bay. This lighthouse is an icon of Manistique and a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can take a sightseeing boat tour to view the lighthouse from the lake. From the shore, the lighthouse is a great photo spot on a clear day, with the lake, the forested coast and the historical building all in the frame.
