Manarola is one of the five beautiful villages that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Cinque Terre in Italy. Manarola is the second oldest village with a picturesque harbor village setting. It is the perfect place to enjoy magnificent pastel-colored houses, ancient vineyards suspended on terraces and walkways, spectacular sights of the Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful hiking trails among terraces. One of the most popular attractions in Manarola is the Famous Viewpoint on Via Dell'Amore. Here, you can take in the stunning views of the colorful towns of Manarola and Riomaggiore, while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the region. The town is almost completely surrounded by a protective wall that was built during the 11th-century. It is also a great place to experience a unique culinary experience. Local restaurants offer some of Italy’s finest dishes, such as focaccia bread, pesto, artwork, small dishes of fish, and a selection of delicious Italian wines.
