Mānana Island Seabird Sanctuary is a popular birdwatching and photography spot located just off the coast of Honolulu, United States. The sanctuary is home to a large population of seabirds, including wedge-tailed shearwaters, gon-gon Shearwaters, Sooty Terns, Red-footed Boobies, Noddies and Christmas Shearwaters. The island is a hotspot for viewing and photographing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, and many amateur bird watchers come here to get a glimpse of them. Visitors to Mānana Island must arrange boat trips from the marina at Kāhala, and can arrange tour packages from local companies. The sanctuary is also a great spot for rock climbing and kayaking for those looking for more exciting adventure. On clear days, the island's views of the shore and surrounding waters are stunning.
