The Luodong Forestry Culture Park is one of the most popular attractions in Taiwan. Located in the Luodong Township of Yilan County, the park is divided into four main areas - East, West, Central and South - each featuring its own distinctive landscape. It boasts picture perfect nature with mountains, forests, ponds, and winding paths that create a perfect setting for exploration and relaxation. Perfect for a day out, it houses three artificial ponds, a broadcasting station, and the Taiwan Big Tree Museum where visitors can discover the region’s lumbering history. The park also has some interesting historical spots such as the “Seven Cheons” tree sculpture created by Master Lin Ting-Shen, the remains of an old film studio, a memorial hall for fallen movie stars, and the Children’s Pioneer Hall. If that wasn't enough, the park has many activities like camping, cycling, and also a number of recreational facilities, like swimming and fishing.
