The Lungomare di Sapri is the town’s seafront promenade along the Gulf of Policastro in Sapri, a coastal commune in the province of Salerno, Campania. It frames a compact harbor and shoreline of sand and pebbles where low fishing boats and pleasure craft bob against a backdrop of pastel-fronted houses. Visually, the lungomare is defined by a linear sweep of pavement, palms and low balustrades that create strong horizontal and repeating vertical lines; at low sun the sea and wet pavement pick up warm reflections, while activity from fishermen and evening strollers adds scale and human texture to compositions. There are no special access restrictions noted for the promenade itself.
