
Logge dei Banchi is a stunning historical site located in the heart of Pisa's old town. Built in 1272 as a tribute to the merchants of Pisa and overlooking the Piazza del Duomo, it has since become a popular attraction for tourists. With seven pointed arches and Gothic style architecture, the building is a great example of Pisan Romanesque architecture. The top floor was used as a mint in the Middle Ages.
