📍 From Inside, France
Located to the east of Brittany is Locronan’s Church, a beautiful medieval site in France. The church is dedicated to Saint Ronan, a Breton saint who was born around the 5th century and died in Locronan. This architectural wonder is one of the most interesting tourist attractions in the area. The church is composed of a Romanesque nave and a later Renaissance choir, with a striking pink and white façade. An interesting aspect of the structure is that it was built from the ruins of Breton chapels, with additional, attractive features added in the 19th century. During the summertime, unique floral displays enhance the church's aesthetics. Also, a wealth of artifacts can be seen throughout the church, giving visitors a better understanding of its history.
