Les Falaises (English: Cliffs) in Étretat, France are one of the nation's most iconic natural attractions, known for their stunning white limestone cliffs against the backdrop of the vast blue sea. Located in the Seine-Maritime department of Northern France, the cliffs are famous for their three distinctive arches, or portes; the "Grande Arche", the "Moyenne Arche", and the "Petite Arche". There are some stunning viewing points to take in this breathtaking sight, and visitors can take some beautiful scenic cliff walks along the paths above the beach. Additionally, the beach at low tide creates some incredible photographic opportunities. There are other monuments in the area too, namely the old Étretat windmill, the Aiguille de Belval, and the Arboretum de Bois-Joli, making this a great destination for nature and photography lovers alike.
