It is the seat of the legislative power of the city and is responsible for creating and approving laws and regulations that govern the city. The building, located in the Monserrat neighborhood, is an architectural gem with a neoclassical style and was designed in the late 19th century by renowned architect Héctor Ayerza. One of the main attractions of the building is its beautiful interior, with striking mural paintings and stained glass windows. Visitors can take guided tours of the building to learn about its history and architecture. Photography is allowed inside the building, making it a great spot for photo-travelers to capture stunning shots. The Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires is open to the public Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and admission is free.
