Le Phare du Petit Minou
📍 From Lighthouse path, France
Le Phare du Petit Minou is a lighthouse in Plouzané, France. It was built in 1921 to replace the previous lighthouse, built in 1845. It is known for its stunning views of the Brittany coastline and is a great spot for photographers looking to capture scenic, coastal shots. Visitors can walk up to the Lighthouse and the surrounding park area and explore, but visitors must be especially mindful of the strong tides at the point. There is a parking lot at the adjacent pond, 'Étang du Grande Minou' (Big Minou Pond). Due to the cliffs and rough terrain, it is not recommended to walk around the lighthouse and Pond area as it can be very dangerous. The Lighthouse is also a great place to take a stroll and enjoy the fresh sea air while taking in the coastal and countryside views.
