Laomendong is an ancient area that is located in Southeast Nanjing Shi, China. It is named for its many "octagonal pavilions" which are centered around a hill. There are many other attractions in Laomendong such as gardens, bamboo forests, and ancient temples. There are also some excellent views of the Yangtze River. Laomendong is a great place to explore and experience the culture of Nanjing. Visitors will also be able to find local restaurants and shops. It is perfect for taking a leisurely walk and there are many photo opportunities along the way.
