
Lanterman's Mill is definitely a must-see for visitors to Youngstown, United States. The Mill has been around since 1845 and still is open to the public today. It is a three-story, stone grist mill and wood working shop powered by a ten foot-diameter stonework wheel. There is a 1.1 mile hiking trail around the mill and surrounding falls, perfect for birdwatching and enjoying the spectacular natural scenery. Inside the mill, you can find several displays about the history and heritage of the mill and its workers. Lanterman's Mill is a National Landmark and a popular venue for weddings and other events.
