Lago Lácar is a picturesque lake in Neuquén, Argentina. It is one of the most popular tourist spots in the area, due to its beautiful and unique mountain formations, crystal-clear water and stunning sunsets. The lake itself is 5.3 km long, situated at an altitude of 725 meters above sea level, and contains 25 different fish species, making it an ideal spot for anglers. In the area, visitors can also find a 15km-long trail, running through some stunning evergreen forests, valleys and waterfalls. This area is home to a variety of wildlife, including foxes, condors, and guanacos. Visitors should be aware that camping around the lake is strictly prohibited.
