La Rosa Náutica is a seafood restaurant on a pier off Miraflores, below the cliffs of Lima’s Costa Verde. Opened in 1983, it is a recognizable feature of the oceanfront, with Victorian-inspired wooden pavilions, white railings and green roofs raised above the Pacific on pilings. The pier creates a strong visual approach to the clustered buildings, while views from the shore frame their rooflines against open water, breaking waves and the surrounding surf scene. Peruvian dishes such as ceviche connect the restaurant’s over-water setting with Lima’s coastal food traditions.
