La panchina gigante di Pescate is a colossal, public art installation that has been in Pescate, Italy since 2015. It is one of several giant wooden benches scattered around the country and was created by the artist Fabrizio Cattaneo. The bench is located in a park in the center of Pescate and is made out of blocks of wood stacked upon each other. It is larger than life with a long curvature made to look like a giant caterpillar, measuring over 28 meters long! Its unique design makes it an exciting spot to come and take a break or snap a unique photo. There is nearby parking, as well as a park with beautiful views that you may use to take photos of the bench.
