La Ballena (The Whale) is an impressive work of street art located in Laredo, Spain. It is a 7-meter-long mural of a red whale. The mural was painted by Mexican artist Azul Ceballos. Nearby, you can also find the Túnel de Laredo which has its origins in the 18th century. It was constructed to transport ships to land. With its unique arc shape, it is regarded as one of the most iconic images of Laredo. The architecture is stunning and the colorful houses lining the banks of the tunnel are truly spectacular.
