Klong Muang Beach, also written Khlong Muang, lies on the Andaman coast at Nong Thale, north of Ao Nang in Krabi Province. Its long, gently curving shoreline combines pale sand with scattered rock shelves and views toward the limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay, giving the horizon a distinctly Krabi silhouette. The west-facing coast is especially recognizable in late light, when island outlines darken against the sunset and shallow water catches warm reflections. At low tide, exposed rocks and broad wet-sand textures reshape the foreground, while higher water creates cleaner, simpler coastal compositions. Resorts border parts of the beach, but the setting retains a quieter character than nearby Ao Nang.
