Kiyomizudera Niomon Gate is a gate in Kyoto, Japan, located near the famous Kiyomizudera temple. The gate is an impressive structure, featuring two storeys and grey cement walls surrounding the grounds of the temple. The upper storey of the gate features two impressive statues of Piramida and Niomon protectors. Other sculptures, such as the Nokyo Yagura drum tower, can also be seen within the structure. It is a great spot to explore traditional Japanese architecture, offering great views of the city as well as the temple complex. Visitors are welcome to take photos or simply soak up the atmosphere of this part of Kyoto.
