Kirkstall Abbey is a ruined Cistercian monastery in Kirkstall, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Founded in 1152, it was one of the most important monasteries of its time. Throughout its history, the abbey served as a spiritual and political hub for much of the region. Today, the ruins attract a steady stream of tourists.

Spanning almost a hundred acres, the abbey's surviving remains are mostly from the 13th and 14th centuries, although several buildings from earlier periods survive.
