Kings College, part of the University of Cambridge, is located in Cambridge, England. Founded in 1441 by King Henry VI, Kings College boasts an immense cultural and academic legacy, as well as stunning architecture. The College Chapel is a particular highlight, deemed "the most beautiful and impressive church in the world" by the 19th century author Thomas Carlyle. The Chapel's intricate fan vaulting ceiling and magnificent stained glass windows have inspired countless photographers from across the world and create a truly awe-inspiring atmosphere. Other notable landmarks include the Bridge of Sighs, an arched bridge connecting the Chapel and the Provost's House. Entry to the College is free and guests can also partake in guided tours for an educational and informative look into the history of the College.
