Kibyra Minor Antik Limanı

Kibyra Minor Antik Limanı is located near the south-eastern Turkish city of Burdur, and overlooks Lake Burdur. It is an ancient harbor founded by the Lycian people and is one of the most important and best-preserved archaeological sites in Turkey. Here you can see the remains of a city from the 5th century BC, including a theater, bouleuterion, Greek-style gymnasium, and temples. The site has been heavily looted and much of it destroyed, but a visit is still worth it. It is easily accessible by public transport and worth spending a few hours exploring.
