๐ From Boat, Greece
Keri Caves line the limestone coast near Keri on the southwestern side of Zakynthos, facing the Ionian Sea. Reached from the water rather than by a land path, they form a succession of shadowed chambers, narrow openings and pale rock arches sculpted by erosion. Sunlight reflected through the clear sea gives the cave walls and water vivid blue and turquoise tones, while boats and swimmers provide a strong sense of scale beneath the cliffs. The experience and available access depend on sea conditions, and the caves are commonly approached by small excursion or rental boats from nearby coastal settlements.
