Kalkara Marina is a picturesque marina in the old port of Birgu, Malta. It offers mooring facilities for a variety of boats and vessels up to 33m (110 ft) in length. The marina is situated directly opposite the fortification walls of the city of Birgu, which provides excellent views for visitors. The marina\'s amenities include WI-FI, electrical and water hookups, a fuel dock, toilets and showers, and a chandlery store. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes located nearby, making it a popular destination for daytrips. There are also many local attractions such as the renovated promenade and the nearby Fort Rinella. Boaters should be aware that there is an occasionally strong current in the area.
