Kadıköy Moda Sahil Parkı ve Yürüyüş Yolu is a broad waterfront park and promenade wrapping around Moda on Istanbul’s Asian side, where the neighborhood meets the Sea of Marmara. Its lawns, rocky shoreline and long paved path form one of Kadıköy’s characteristic social spaces, busy with walkers, runners, cyclists, anglers and groups sitting by the water. The open horizon offers layered views of passing ferries and ships, the distant Historic Peninsula and, in clear conditions, the Princes’ Islands. Late-day light warms the grass and waterfront buildings, while sunset silhouettes boats against the European-side skyline. Nearby Moda Pier adds a distinctive historic maritime element to the coastal scene.
