The Jorge Pardo Pier, located on the Dortmund-Ems Canal in Münster Germany, is a stunning sight by day and night. The Pier was designed by Uruguayan architect Jorge Pardo in 2008 and consists of a 146 feet long bridge over the canal. This architectural work of art is a "walkable bridge" composed of large wooden planks that act as steps, forming a wave-like structure that has become a part of the city skyline. A great spot to enjoy outstanding views of the beech forests, old warehouses, and the canals curving its way through Münster’s landscape. It is also a great place to take a peaceful stroll and relax among breathtaking nature and colorful graffiti.
