Jinniushan Park is a wooded hillside park in western Fuzhou, Fujian; its name means “Golden Ox Mountain.” The hill forms part of the green landscape linked by Fudao, the city’s elevated forest walkway. This setting brings Fuzhou’s hilly geography into view, with densely built neighborhoods surrounding forested slopes. The walkway’s winding steel structure provides a distinctive visual contrast to the foliage: its open-grid deck and slender supports create lines and textures, while elevated stretches reveal the relationship between the hills and the city below.
