Jebil National Park, situated in Tunisia's southern region, is the country's largest national park, encompassing vast stretches of the Sahara Desert. Photo-travelers can capture the dramatic landscapes of rolling sand dunes and arid terrains that serve as an excellent backdrop for golden hour photography. The park is a sanctuary for a variety of desert wildlife, including the endangered addax and dorcas gazelle, offering opportunities for wildlife photography. Visit the unique rocky outcrops known as jbels for striking contrast against the endless sands. Early morning and late afternoon provide the best lighting conditions. Be sure to carry enough water and sun protection, as facilities are minimal and the environment can be harsh. Access is best suited for 4x4 vehicles due to rugged terrain.
