📍 Brazil
Jardim Poty Lazzarotto is a garden in Curitiba named for the Curitiba-born illustrator, printmaker and muralist whose work helped shape the city’s visual identity. Poty’s public panels turn Paraná’s history, local customs and everyday life into narrative scenes, bringing art into the streetscape rather than confining it to galleries. He also illustrated books by major Brazilian writers, including Jorge Amado and Guimarães Rosa, giving this local dedication a connection to Brazil’s wider literary culture.
