Isengrind Fall

Isengrind Fall is a beautiful waterfall located in Mels, Switzerland, near the village of Schwendi. This impressive cascade, which is up to 20 meters (65 ft) high and up to 20 m (65 ft) wide, is formed by the Schildegg Klamm stream, which flows from the nearby Schwendicum Valley. The Isengrind Fall is considered one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Mels and is a popular destination for both tourists and photographers. Visitors can access the area by foot via a short, but very steep and slipperay path, or by car and pass the several tunnels and bridges. At the bottom of the fall, spectators can enjoy stunning views and spectacular photo opportunities. The area is also surrounded by beautiful woods, with plenty of hiking and biking trails.
