Wynyard Railway Station is one of the primary railway stations located in the centre of Sydney, Australia. Opened in 1932, the station serves over 20 million passengers each year on metropolitan and regional trains.

With grand architecture featuring large windows, detailed stone carvings, and picturesque entrances, Wynyard is an iconic landmark for both travelers and photographers alike. The accessible design and strategic location also makes this station conveniently designed for travelers coming from multiple directions of the city. As well, it's connected to low-cost transit routes, such as ferries and buses, making it easy to get to other locations in Sydney. A few interesting points of note on the station, includes the underground pedestrian tunnel connecting Wynyard with the Martin Place Station, the grand concourse and multiple galleries featuring historical photographs and archived newspaper cut outs, and its status as being the first underground passenger station in the world (when it was constructed). To this day, it remains an important transport hub for the city of Sydney.
