The Iglesia de Dzán is the central Catholic church of Dzán, a small town in southern Yucatán near the region’s fruit-growing communities. Facing the main square, it reflects the traditional town plan in which church, plaza, and civic life share the same focal point. Its solid masonry façade and bell towers create a strong, symmetrical presence above the low surrounding streets, while the open space in front allows clear views of the architecture and everyday activity around the square.
