Its 364-meter long façade features over 40 statues representing Hungarian rulers, statesmen, and military leaders, as well as the coats of arms of the seven tribes that initially founded the country. Inside, visitors can explore Hungarian history with its many artifacts, including the Crown of Saint Stephen. Margaret Bridge, completed in 1872, is one of Budapest's most iconic bridges. This four-lane bridge connects two of the city's most popular districts: Buda and Pest. The bridge was designed and built by famous French engineer Ernest Gouin and features ornate balustrades as well as two taller central columns, which make the perfect backdrop for cityscape images.
