Himmelsleiter Rimbach is a short hiking trail just outside the small town of Rimbach in the Odenwald region of Germany. The trail passes through orchards, rustic farms and the beautiful landscape of the Odenwald.The trail starts at the historic 14th century tower of Rimbacher Schloss and ends at the ruins of the castle of Langenbach. Along the way there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and forests. Hikers have the opportunity to take a break at the café located on the lower part of the hill. At the end of the trail is a small observation tower offering a stunning panorama. The walk is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.
