Grace Bay Beach stretches along the north coast of Providenciales, the main tourism hub of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Its broad arc of pale coral sand faces exceptionally clear water that shifts from transparent shallows to bands of turquoise and deep blue, while the offshore barrier reef helps keep the shoreline relatively calm. Low-rise resorts border much of the beach, but the long, open horizon remains its defining view. Photographs are especially recognizable for the clean division of white sand, luminous water, and expansive sky, with passing clouds casting darker blue patches across the sea.
