The Glenfinnan Viaduct is an iconic structure in the Scottish Highlands, that is renowned for its stunning views. That views stretch up to a hill-lined horizon on one side and down to a loch in the other. The viaduct is perhaps most famous for its former role in carrying the Hogwarts Express across the Glenfinnan Valley, popularized in movies and books. However, it's also popular among visitors to Scotland due to its incredible 25-arched railway bridge, constructed of concrete and stone. Hiking around the area reveals a beautiful landscape of hills and villages, as well as allowing visitors easy access to the bridge.
