Gare du Nord is one of the most important railway terminals in Paris, France. Located in the 10th arrondissement of the city, the station is one of the busiest in Europe and serves all destinations in Northern France and beyond, including trains to Brussels and Amsterdam, as well as domestic destinations like Lille and Marseille. The station building is an architectural landmark, designed in the style of neoclassical architecture, with two royal triumphal arches, and a vaulted glass and iron roof. The station is also a popular destination for tourists and shoppers, as it houses a vast selection of food, books, and souvenirs. It is also a popular spot for Parisian commuters.
