Fountain of King Matthias is a spectacular medieval fountain found in the heart of Budapest, Hungary. The fountain was built in the late 15th century to commemorate the coronation of Matthias Corvinus as King of Hungary. It features a lion lying next to a large barrel of wine as well as two heraldic eagles and two unicorns.
