The Fontana dei Mori in Viterbo, Italy, is a 16th century fountain. Designed by French sculptor and architect Germain Pilon, it features four bronze statues representing the four Sons of Neptune. Sitting atop an elegant Roman-style pedestal, the statues were carved in 1585 as part of a reparation ordered by Pope Sixtus V. The fountain is one of the most iconic and impressive landmarks of Viterbo, and a popular attraction for visitors and photographers alike. Visitors can find it in the Piazza San Lorenzo, in the heart of the city. It stands in stark contrast to the more colorful and ornate buildings of the city, making for an interesting photo.
